Find your way around a website
Click a website on your Home page (or under Websites) to open its page. Everything for that website starts here.

At the top
Visit Site opens your website. On WordPress, WP Admin opens its dashboard. The four boxes below tell you at a glance whether the site is live, whether its SSL certificate is valid, when the last backup was made and how much storage you’ve used.
The tiles
- WordPress (or your site type): sign-in and admin password, importing a site, email, scheduled tasks. See Manage WordPress.
- Backups: turn backups on and restore a copy. See Backups and restores.
- Plan & usage: your plan, storage used and upgrades. See Upgrade or downgrade a plan.
- Domains and SSL certificate: other domains and the padlock. See Add a domain to a website and SSL certificates.
- Password-protect: keep the site private. See Password-protect a website.
- SFTP login, Databases, Website console and Database console: your files and data. See Upload files with SFTP and Databases.
- Get help opens a support ticket about this website; Who can manage this goes to your team; Delete website removes it.
At the bottom, Advanced settings holds the PHP version, scheduled tasks, SSH, DNS records, redirects and your own certificate, and Website details shows the server’s address and your plan’s limits.
