How our web hosting plans work
One website per plan
Each plan hosts one website. To host another, add a website with its own plan from your control panel.
Backup copies, not days
Your plan sets how many backup copies are kept. You choose whether backups run daily, weekly, or monthly.
Change plans any time
Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Monthly or yearly billing in USD
Plans are billed monthly or yearly by card. A year costs less than twelve monthly payments. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout from your billing address.
Preview before you switch
A temporary preview URL lets you see your site before your domain points to us. Grow, Scale and Pro plans also include a private staging copy.

Every agency plan includes the agency management portal, client website management, and resource allocation tools. Capacity is how many page requests a website can work on at the same moment. You choose which client websites get Max or Extra capacity; the rest get Standard. Pooled allowances are shared across all of your client websites. They are not per-website amounts.

Pricing FAQ
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, in US dollars to the card you add at checkout. You can switch at your next renewal from the control panel. You can view invoices, payment history, and payment methods in the control panel.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are shown before tax. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a plan from the Billing section of the control panel. Service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Is a domain name or email included?
No. Plans do not include domain registration or email hosting. Bring a domain you already own and keep your existing email provider.
Can I move my site from another host?
Moving a WordPress site is free and easy. Download the migration plugin from your new website's page in the control panel, install it on your old site, and it copies itself over. Need a hand, or moving something other than WordPress? Contact us and we will help. Hands-on moves may have a cost, and we will tell you before any work starts.
