Your clients see your brand, not ours

Your clients sign in to a portal with your logo, your colors and your support details. As far as they're concerned, the hosting is yours.

  • Your logo in light and dark versions, your favicon and your colors
  • Your support email, phone and website shown to your clients
  • Your own portal address, like portal.youragency.com: point a DNS record at us and we take care of the SSL certificate
  • Two-factor login required for every client account, if you want it

Branding is switched on for agency accounts on request. Just ask when you sign up.

One shared pool of resources

Your agency plan is a shared pool, not a fixed slice per site. Give a busy storefront more room and a brochure site less, and watch remaining capacity update as you go.

  • Pooled storage, bandwidth, databases, domain aliases and backup copies
  • Your own packages: each sets storage, bandwidth, databases, aliases, backup copies, PHP capacity and whether staging is included
  • A live view of what is allocated and what is left
  • A per-plan limit on the number of client websites

Clients and their websites

Add a client, create their website and assign one of your packages in a few clicks. Each client is kept separate, with their own websites and logins.

  • Add clients and their team members
  • Create client websites with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Laravel or plain PHP
  • Bring existing client sites over with the free WordPress migration plugin
  • One list of every website across all clients
  • Your own team, each with their own login and role

Your own dedicated server

When your agency outgrows a shared pool, we can set aside a server just for your clients' websites, in the region your clients are in. New client websites go onto it automatically, and you keep managing everything from the same portal.

Agency FAQ

How do agency resource pools work?

Your agency plan provides one pool of storage, bandwidth, databases, and domain aliases. You create packages from that pool and assign them to client websites. The pool is shared: the allowances on each plan are totals for your whole agency account, not amounts per website.

How many client websites can I host?

Each agency plan has a maximum number of client websites: up to 10 on Agency Launch, 25 on Agency Grow, 50 on Agency Scale, and 100 on Agency Pro.

Can I create my own hosting packages?

Yes. You define packages with the storage, bandwidth, database, and alias allowances you want, using capacity from your pool, and assign them to your clients’ websites.

Does Ateculus bill my clients for me?

No. Ateculus bills your agency for your agency plan. How you price, invoice, and collect payment from your own clients is up to you and is handled outside of Ateculus.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Agency branding (your logo and colors in the client portal) is enabled on request, so ask us when you sign up. Once it is on, you can also serve the portal from your own address, such as portal.youragency.com.

What happens when I outgrow my plan?

You can move to a larger agency plan from your portal. Your clients and websites stay where they are; your pool simply gets bigger.

Can my clients log in themselves?

Yes. You can give each client their own login so they can view and manage their websites.

Can you move my clients’ existing websites?

Moving a WordPress site is free and easy. Download the migration plugin from the new website’s page in your portal, install it on the old site, and it copies itself over. Need a hand, or moving something other than WordPress? Contact us and we will help. Hands-on moves may have a cost, and we will tell you before any work starts.
