Send email from your website
Our servers don’t send email themselves, so password resets, contact forms and order emails need a mail provider. Connect one with an SMTP plugin.

On WordPress
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New and install an SMTP plugin, such as WP Mail SMTP or FluentSMTP.
- Follow its setup and choose your mail provider: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES or any other.
- Use port 587 (or 465) if it asks. Port 25 is blocked.
- Send the plugin’s test email to check it works.
Other websites
Send through your provider’s SMTP server or its API, on port 587 or 465, with the login your provider gives you.
Also add the SPF and DKIM records your provider gives you to your domain’s DNS, so your emails don’t land in spam.
