Reset a forgotten password

Forgot your password? We email you a link to choose a new one.

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email address you sign in with and click Email Password Reset Link.
  3. Open the email from us and click the link in it. The link works for 60 minutes.
  4. Enter your email, choose a new password, type it again and click Reset Password.
  5. Sign in with your new password.

No email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you used the address you sign in with.
  • If someone else on your account manages your login (an owner or admin), they can reset your password from Team.

If two-factor login is on, you still enter your code after the new password.
