Billing and invoices
Your plans, invoices and payment methods are under Billing in the control panel.
Overview
Shows each website’s plan and when it renews. Every plan renews monthly, on the day you signed up for it, at the same price.
Invoices
Every payment has an invoice. Click PDF to download one for your records.
Payment methods
On Payment Methods, add a card and choose your default. Your card details are kept by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us.
A payment failed?
We email you and retry over the next few days. Update your card on Payment Methods, then open Failed Payments and retry it straight away.
Your billing address
Keep it up to date: it’s used for your invoices and sales tax.
