Scheduled tasks (cron jobs)
Scheduled tasks (cron jobs) run a command for you on a schedule, for example every 15 minutes or every night. They work for any type of website.
- Open the website. At the bottom of its page, click Show next to Advanced settings, then Scheduled tasks (cron). (Or type cron in the search box at the top.)
- In Schedule, enter when it runs, in the usual five fields: minute, hour, day, month, weekday.
- In Command, enter what to run, then click Add.

Schedules
| Schedule | Runs |
|---|---|
*/15 * * * * | Every 15 minutes |
0 * * * * | At the start of every hour |
30 2 * * * | Every night at 2:30 |
0 6 * * 1 | Mondays at 6:00 |
The shortest interval is every 5 minutes. Commands run with your website’s files under /sites, and PHP, WP-CLI, curl and wget are there, just like the website console.
