Databases
Your website keeps its content and settings in a database. WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Laravel sites get one when they’re created; you can add more, up to your plan’s limit.
See your databases
Open the website and click the Databases tile. Each database has a user with the same name, and a password you can show and copy.

Create one
Click Create Database. It’s ready in about a minute, with its own user and password.
Connect your website
From your website’s code, connect to host localhost, port 3306, with the database name, user and password from the card. Databases can’t be reached from outside the server, which keeps them safe.
Change a password
Use the menu on the database’s row. Remember to update the password in your website’s settings too (for WordPress, wp-config.php), or the site will stop working until you do.
